Enero nos trae novedades para los autónomos. O más bien, nos trae una ampliación. Dicha ampliación afectará a la tarifa plana para autónomos. En efecto, si bien tal y como dijimos en un artículo anterior la nueva ley de autónomo «goza» de determinadas sospechas sobre ella (fundadas, por lo demás), esta ampliación de la tarifa plana parece ser la parte dulce de una sensación amarga en general. Te hablamos de ella.
Tarifa plana para autónomos: ¿en qué consiste?
La tarifa plana para autónomos es una reducción en la cuota mensual que los autónomos deben pagar al fisco. Dicha tarifa plana para autónomos acoge en su reducción a personas dadas de alta como autónomos recientemente. Con ello, el Gobierno pretende implementar las facilidades para consolidar un negocio. Ciertamente, es una medida beneficiosa que hace un poco más fáciles las cosas en un país que, definitivamente, parece que les hace la vida imposible.
Con la tarifa plana para autónomos se pagan 50 euros en lugar de los 275,02 euros habituales. La razón principal fue la queja de los propios autónomos que veían en la tarifa plana para autónomos una oportunidad de consolidar su peso específico en futuras negociaciones contra el gobierno.
La tarifa plana para autónomos ha tenido un gran éxito. Tanto es así que el Gobierno ha decidido la ampliación del primer tramo de esta bonificación hasta un año completo.
A partir del 1 de enero…
A partir de este mismo mes entra en juego dicha ampliación junto con el resto de medidas implementadas en la nueva ley de autónomos. En concreto, hasta el 30% de los gastos en suministros podrán ser deducidos. Sólo vale para el caso de los autónomos que empleen su vivienda como lugar de trabajo. Se hace un cálculo en función del número de metros empleados para la actividad. La tarifa plana para autónomos no es la única novedad por tanto.
Si bien como ya explicamos en un artículo anterior dicha medida tiene trampas, hay que decir que uno de los objetivos parece que puede cumplirse. Nos referimos al caso de los falsos autónomos, tan tristemente célebres en los últimos tiempos. El Gobierno quiere solucionar de un plumazo el problema de una serie de trabajadores que a todas luces operan como autónomos y no cotizan o se benefician de sus condiciones. Así, se pone un incentivo que, por otro lado resulta corto a todas luces.
También habrá desgravaciones de 26, 67 euros diarios por manutención. Dicha medida fue muy aplaudida, pero también tiene trampa. Se debe a que condena a justificar los gastos de una manera en concreto. Otra de las medidas destacadas que ha entrado en vigor el 1 de enero es que también se podrá (hasta cuatro veces en un año) cambiar la base de cotización.
Igualmente, serán permitidas tres altas o bajas del régimen especial de autónomos. Ciertamente, se consigue alguna flexibilidad, pero que no satisface a casi nadie.
